For the week of 4/5/21: Our crew will be moving gravel back around electrical boxes and cleaning up around the community this week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/22/21: Electrical boxes throughout the community will be painted this week and next week.
For the week of 3/15/21: Prepping, repairing, and painting of the common area walls in Eagle Ridge will be completed this week. The wrought iron view fences in Camelot Canyon (marked in pink) will be painted by Friday (no painting was done last Friday due to rain). Please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. so there is clear access to paint. Please secure pets indoors and allow yard access through your side gate. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 3/8/21: Painting for the common area walls in Camelot Canyon will be completed and the common area walls in Eagle Ridge will start to be prepped and repaired. Wrought iron view fences (marked in green) in Camelot Canyon will be painted this week. Please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. so there is clear access to paint. For the week of 2/15/21: The common area walls in Camelot Canyon marked in red will be painted followed by the walls in yellow starting to be prepped and repaired (walls in green are done). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/8/21: The common area walls in Camelot Canyon will continue being prepped, repaired, and painted. Wrought iron view fences marked in purple in Mirage will be painted this week. Please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc. so there is clear access to paint. For the week of 2/1/21: Remaining iron view fences for houses in Augusta, Miralago, and Fairways will be painted this week. Please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc so there is clear access to paint. Please secure pets indoors and allow yard access through your side gate. Common area walls in Mirage (from last week) will be completed on Monday. Common area walls in Camelot Canyon (purple and yellow) will be prepped and repaired throughout the week. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/25/21: No work was done on Monday or Tuesday due to rain. Common area walls in Mirage will continue being prepped and repaired Wed-Fri, weather permitting. Please contact our office with questions.
For the week of 1/18/21: Painting for the common area walls (green) in Vista will be completed on Monday. Common area walls marked in orange in Mirage will be prepped and repaired. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 1/11/21: A small remaining section of common areas walls in Augusta will be completed this week. Common area walls in Vista will be prepped, repaired, painted as well. Mirage may be started if time allows. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 12/21/20: Common area walls in Augusta will continue being painted Monday-Wednesday. The walls marked in orange have been completed and the walls marked in green will be painted by Wednesday. Our job site and office will be closed Wednesday afternoon (12/23) and will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2021. The remaining common area walls in Augusta will be prepped, repaired, and painted upon our return.
For the week of 12/14/20: Rod iron view fencing in Cabrillo Canyon 4 will be painted this week. Please make sure that the iron is cleared of all vegetation, decor, lights, chicken wire, etc so there is clear access to paint. Please allow yard access through your side gate. Common walls in Fairways, Reserve, & Augusta have been prepped and will start to be primed and painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/7/20: Common area walls (marked in yellow and pink) in Fairways will be prepped, repaired, and painted throughout the week. Fairways & Augusta will be prepped. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 11/30/20: The common area walls in Cabrillo Canyon (2) marked in YELLOW will be painted throughout the week (marked in red are done). Rod iron view fencing will also be painted (homes with iron have been notified) in CC(2). The common area walls in Cabrillo Canyon (4) will be start being prepped and repaired.

For the week of 11/23/20: The common area walls in Cabrillo Canyon (1) marked in GREEN will be painted on Monday. Stucco repairs for the common area walls in Cabrillo Canyon (2) marked in GREEN were completed last week and areas in YELLOW will be repaired this week, followed by painting. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.

Rod iron view fences marked in GREEN will be painted Wed and Thursday (& possibly carry over into next Monday). Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc is removed from the iron view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate. Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc is removed from the iron view fencing and that pets are secured indoors. Please allow access through your side gate.
