For the week of 2/25: Our painter will complete the handrail painting in the community on Monday.
For the week of 2/18: We will have a painter on site (when the weather allows) painting the handrails of the stairs.
For the week of 1/28: Carports will be power washed on Monday for painting Thursday and Friday (weather permitting). Please move your vehicle(s) by 7:00am until 3:00pm. Our crew will continue painting Building 18 and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 19 will be power washed on Tuesday followed by painting after the completion of B18. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Building 18 will be power washed on Monday and painting will begin on Wednesday. For the week of 1/14: Our crew will paint Building 17 this week. Please keep all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Notices will be placed on carports (power washed Monday) that will be painted toward Thursday and Friday. Please move your vehicle(s) according to the date(s) on the notice (work is weather permitting). Feel free to contact our office with questions.
For the week of 1/7: The painting for Building 16 will be continued and is expected to be completed Wednesday or Thursday. Building 17 will be power washed following the completion of 16 (Wed/Thurs). Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Notices will be placed on carports that will be power washed and painted toward the end of the week as well. Please move your vehicle(s) according to the date(s) on the notice.
For the week of 12/31: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back on 1/2/2019 to paint the perimeter wall and power wash Building 16. Prepping and painting will begin on Thursday. Please keep all decor off the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. We’ll have a second crew on site painting the pool area and stair railings. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/24: We will be closed from Monday 12/24 through Tuesday 1/1/2019 in celebration of Christmas and New Years. Our crew will return on January 2nd.
For the week of 12/17: Building 15 (power washed last Friday) will be painted and is expected to be completed by the end of the week. For the week of 12/3: The painting for Building 13 is continuing from last week and is expected to be completed on Tuesday or Wednesday. Building 14 will be power washed on Monday and prepping & painting will begin following the completion of Building 14. For the week of 11/26: Our crew will washing and painting carports, please be aware of the dates on the notices that are placed on the carports. We cannot be responsible for unmoved vehicles. Building 12 is being painted and is expected to be completed by the end of the week. Building 13 will be power washed on Monday, date to begin painting TBD. For the week of 11/19: Our crew will continue with Building 11, which is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building 12 will be power washed Wednesday and painting will begin Monday (we’re closed Thurs/Fri for Thanksgiving). Building 13 will be power washed next Monday (11/26). Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. Building 10 will be power washed on Wednesday followed by prepping and painting on Thursday. For the week of 10/29: Our crew will complete the painting of Building 8 and expect to have it completed on Tuesday. Building 9 will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting the rest of the week. For the week of 10/22: Our crew will continue painting Building 7 and expect to have it completed on Tuesday/Wednesday. Once B7 is completed, they’ll power wash and prep Building 8 (Tues/Wed) followed by painting the next day and into next week. For the week of 10/15: Our crew is continuing the painting of Building 6 and expect to have it completed on Tuesday or Wednesday. They’ll then power wash and prep Building 7 followed by painting the next day. Please keep an eye out for notices advising of power washing date. For the week of 10/8: Our crew will be painting doors on Building 5 on Monday. If you’re home when our crew arrives at your unit and knocks, please open door so they can paint the edges. Otherwise, they’ll return at a later date. Building 6 will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting on Tuesday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. B6 should be completed in 7-8 business days (weather permitting). For the week of 10/1: Our crew isn’t onsite due to the rain. Please stay tuned for an update later in the week. On Thursday and Friday our crew was painting the trim on Building 5.
For the week of 9/24: Our crew will power wash and prep Building 5 on Monday. The pool area is having some work done that should be completed on Tuesday, and the painting for Building 5 will follow. Please keep all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. We cannot be responsible for items left out.
For the week of 9/17: Painting for Building 4 will begin on Monday (B4 was power washed and prepped last week) and should be completed by Friday. Please keep all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. We cannot be responsible for items left out. While your building is being power washed and painted, please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. For the week of 9/3: We will be closed Monday for Labor Day. On Tuesday, our crew will continue painting Building 2 and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Also on Wednesday, our crew will power wash and prep Building 3 followed by painting on Thursday (B3 is expected to be completed on Wed of next week). Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of patio or indoors. We cannot be responsible for items left out. Building 2 will be power washed and prepped on Monday with painting starting on Tuesday.
