Hello Residents
For the week of 11/19: Homes that were notified for iron painting will be painted Monday – Wednesday (highlighted in BLUE on map). Please allow access through the side gate, keep pets secured inside, and make sure all vegetation, decor, etc are removed from the iron to allow clear access for painting. Our wall crew will continue painting the trim color on the common area walls throughout the community. This will complete all scheduled painting in the community. For the week of 11/5: Our crew will continue painting the 2 colors on common area walls along Lower Buckeye Rd headed towards 83rd Ave (walls in ORANGE have been completed). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/29: Our crew will begin by painting the 2-color walls facing a portion of 87th Ave, around on Lower Buckeye Rd, & along 83rd Ave. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
