Hello Residents
For the week of 10/15: Our crew will be painting Building 5 this week (lots 16, 17, & 18) and expect to have it completed on Thursday (weather permitting). Please keep all decor or vegetation off of your building and keep all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/8/2018: Building 7 is expected to be completed on Thursday and Building 5 (lots 16, 17, & 18) will be power washed and prepped (also on Thursday) for painting to begin on Friday. Please remove all decor or vegetation from your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/1/2018: Notices were placed on units 10, 11, & 12 for washing and painting, but rain delayed our start. Our crew was on-site Thursday to power wash and prep building 7 (lots 10,11, 12) and painting began on Friday.
For the week of 11/20: Our crew will complete the painting of Building 4 on Wednesday. *This will complete all scheduled painting in the community.* Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 11/13: Our crew is continuing with Building 3 and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 4 will be power washed and prepped on Thursday for painting to begin on Friday. Please make sure to remove any exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio. Building 2 will be power washed and prepped on Thursday with painting beginning on Friday. B2 will take approximately 5 days to complete. Please remove any exterior decor and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio. Please keep your gates unlocked and pets inside so our crew can access all areas to be painted.
