For the week of 12/31: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back Wednesday, January 2nd through Saturday painting the perimeter wall, skipped doors, and balconies. Notices will be placed on appropriate units. This will complete painting in the community. Feel free to contact our office with questions.
For the week of 12/24: We will be closed from Monday 12/24 through Tuesday 1/1/2019 in celebration of Christmas and New Years. Our crew will return on January 2nd.
For the week of 12/17: Building 9 will be prepped and painted starting Monday and is expected to be completed by the end of the week. Please keep all decor off the exterior of the building and keep any patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will be on site to paint stairwells, balconies, and the pool area. Feel free to contact our office with questions.
For the week of 12/10: The painting of Building 10 will continue and is expected to be finished on Thursday. Building 9 will be power washed on Thursday with prepping and painting beginning on Friday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will continue painting the stairs and balconies on buildings 7, 13, 12, 8, & 11 this week (the rain delayed last weeks schedule). Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/3: Building 11 is expected to be completed on Tuesday. Building 10 will be power washed on Tuesday, followed by prepping and painting on Wednesday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will be painting stairwells and balconies on building 14 on Monday then proceeding onto buildings 7, 13, 12, and 8. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/26: Our crew will continue painting Building 8 and expect to have it completed on Tuesday. Building 11 is to be power washed on Monday for painting following the completion of Building 8. Building 11 is expected to be completed at the beginning of next week (weather permitting). Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions. The perimeter wall around the community is also being painted.
For the week of 11/19: Our crew will be prepping and painting Building 8 Monday-Wednesday. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Building 8 is expected to be completed on 11/27. Please keep all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/12: We have 2 crews on-site. Carports will be notified for painting Monday-Wednesday (yellow = power washed 11/9 for painting Monday, Pink = power wash Monday for painting Tues, Purple = power wash Tues for painting Wed). Please make sure that all vehicles are moved so our crew can have access to paint. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damages of unmoved vehicles. Building 13 will continue being painted and is expected to be completed on Friday (weather permitting). Building 8 is expected to be power washed on Friday for painting to begin next Monday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/5: We have 2 crews on site again this week. One crew will be continuing with the painting of Building 12 and expect to have it completed by the end of the week. Our other crew will be painting Building 7 and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 13 will be power washed on Wednesday, followed by prepping and painting on Thursday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Carports will be started on Friday (power washing). Please keep an eye out for notices for washing and painting dates so you can move your vehicle in time. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/29: Our crew will start prepping and painting Building 14 on Monday and expect to have it completed on Friday. We’ll have 2 crews on-site. Building 7 will be power washed on Thursday and is expected to be completed next Wednesday. Building 12 will be power washed on Friday for painting beginning next Monday. For the week of 10/22: Our crew will be doing touch-ups on Building 15 and power washing/prepping Building 6 on Monday (painting to begin Tuesday). Please remove all decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. B6 is expected to be completed on 10/29 (weather permitting). For the week of 10/15: Due to last weeks rain delay, our crew will begin painting Building 15 on Monday and expect to have it completed by the end of the week (weather permitting). Our crew will power wash and prep Building 15 on Thursday, followed by painting starting Friday (everything is weather permitting). For the week of 10/1: Our crew isn’t onsite due to the rain. Please stay tuned for an update later in the week. On Thursday our crew power washed and prepped Building 5 and started painting on Friday.

Please keep all decor off of the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 8/6: Our crew will be starting with the power washing and prepping of Building 20 on Monday, followed by painting. B20 is expected to be completed on Wednesday or Thursday. Building 1 will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday or Thursday as well, followed by painting (that will lead into next week). Please keep an eye out for notices to inform residents of which specific day painting and washing will occur.
