Hello Residents!
Starting 8/29-8/30: Our iron crew will be onsite to paint iron that was previously skipped due to various reasons. Please contact the HOA office or our office to confirm that iron is cleared, gate is unlocked, you’re ready for painting. It’s very important that we have confirmation that residents are ready for our crew to return within those days.
For the week of 8/6: All painting for walls and iron has been completed as of Monday. Please contact our office to discuss scheduling if your iron was unable to be painted while our crew was onsite.
For the week of 7/30: Our wall crew will complete the prepping and painting of walls in 9B on Tuesday. On Wednesday they will begin prepping and painting a wall on Terramar Blvd & Tether Trail and walls along 71st Ave & Terramar Cove. Iron in Crabapple (see wk of 7/23 for details) will be completed on Monday. Tether Trail iron will be started on Tuesday and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Iron in 9B is expected to be started on Thursday and completed the same day. Iron for homes along 74th Ln leading into the cul-de-sac and on 71st Dr & Bronco Trail are expected to be completed by Friday. We understand these details may be somewhat confusing so please keep an eye out for a paper notice placed next to your garage door with a date of when our crew will start on your street. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. to allow clear access for painting. Please keep pets secured indoors. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/23: Our wall crew will be prepping and painting in the wash/preserve behind Tether Trail and behind Briles Rd (off of 73rd Dr., aka “Tether Tr”) and walls facing the wash/preserve along Terramar Blvd & Buckskin Tr/73rd Ln (aka “Crabapple,” [maps below for reference]). Our iron crew will be painting view fencing in parcel 9B2, then “Crabapple,” and “Tether Trail.” Homeowners will be receiving paper notices to advise of when our crew will start on the street. Please make sure that your iron is cleared of any vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. and that pets are secured indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/16: Our crew will be prepping &/or painting walls facing the preserve in the following order: completing painting for Parcel 9B, repairing stucco for walls facing the preserve for houses along Paso Trail (off of 73rd Dr), 10B, and 9B-2 (maps below for reference). Our iron crew will be painting iron in Parcel 10B. Please make sure that your iron is cleared of any vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. and that pets are secured indoors. For the week of 7/9: Our wall crew will be completing the painting for walls along the wash behind Briles Rd & Paso Tr (started last week). Afterward, they’ll start the prepping and painting of walls facing the wash off Terramar Blvd & Buckskin Tr (see map below). Our iron crew will be completing the painting of view fences along the Briles Rd/ Paso Tr wash as well. Please make sure your iron is cleared of any vegetation, chicken wire, or decor and please keep pets secured inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/2: We will be closed for Independence Day. Our crew will be prepping and painting walls (facing the wash) of houses on Briles Rd and Paso Tr off Terramar Blvd. Our iron crew will be notifying these houses to paint iron view fencing starting Thursday. Please make sure iron is cleared of any vegetation, chicken wire, or decor and please keep pets secured inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
