For the week of 11/19: Our crew will complete the exterior of Building 15 on Tuesday and the iron will be done on Wednesday. This will complete all painting in the community. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/12: Our crew will be painting Building 2 through Wednesday. Building 15 will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday for painting to begin on Thursday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 11/5: Our crew will be completing the painting for Building 16 on Monday. Building 1 will be power washed on Monday, followed by prepping and painting on Tuesday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/29: Our crew will be completing the painting of Building 11 on Tuesday. Building 16 will be power washed on Tuesday and painting will begin on Wednesday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/22: Our crew will be painting Building 10 Monday through Wednesday (weather permitting). Building 11 is expected to be power washed and prepped on Wednesday followed by painting starting Thursday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/15: Our crew will be completing Building 8 on Tuesday and will also power wash/prep Building 9, followed by painting on Wednesday (weather permitting). For the week of 10/8: Our crew will start painting Building 7 on Monday and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 8 will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday and painting will begin on Thursday. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Our iron crew will be painting on the property Monday and Tuesday as well (stairwells and fences). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/1: Our crew isn’t onsite due to the rain. Please stay tuned for an update later in the week. On Thursday & Friday our crew completed the painting of Building 4. Building 7 was power washed and prepped on Friday as well. Our iron crew was painting on Building 6 and iron on the North side of the community on Thursday and Friday.
For the week of 9/24: Our crew will be completing Building 6 on Tuesday (painting was started after power washing last week) and also begin the painting of Building 3 the same day. B3 is expected to be completed on Thursday. Building 4 will be power washed and prepped on Thursday also, followed by painting on Friday. For the week of 9/17: Our crew will begin painting Building 5 on Monday (was power washed on Friday). Building 6 is expected to be power washed this week, followed by painting next week. Building 12 will be power washed and prepped on Monday followed by painting on Wednesday. For the week of 9/3: Our office will be closed on Monday for Labor Day. On Tuesday our crew will begin power washing and prepping Building 14. Painting will follow through the end of the week. Building 13 will be power washed and prepped on Thursday, followed by painting on Friday.
