For the week of 2/25: Our iron crew will be completing all scheduled painting on Monday. If you’re iron view fencing was unable to be painted, please contact our office, as we will be scheduling a return day.
For the week of 2/11: Our crew will be completing the iron view fences in Riviera starting on Monday, then continuing to the perimeter iron in the community. Please keep all decor, vegetation, lights, etc off of the iron view fencing to allow clear access for painting and please secure pets inside. We’ll have a crew on site painting ramadas as well. Please contact our office with questions If your view fence was skipped, please contact our office.
For the week of 2/4: Work has been delayed due to rain. Our crew will be returning next week.
For the week of 1/28: Our iron crew will be painting view fences in Riviera (map below) Tuesday through Thursday. Please remove all decor, vegetation, lights, etc from the iron view fencing to allow clear access for painting and please secure pets inside. We’ll have a crew on site painting gate houses as well. For the week of 1/21: Our wall crew will be completing the common area walls in Riviera and then moving on to paint ramadas. Our iron crew will continue with painting view fencing in Reserve (map below) due to rain delays last week. Please remove all decor, vegetation, etc. from the view fencing to allow clear painting access and please secure all pets inside. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 1/14: Our wall crew will be painting common area walls in Riviera and our iron crew will be painting view fencing in Reserve (map below). Please remove all decor, vegetation, etc. from the view fencing to allow clear painting access and please secure all pets inside. We’ll also have a small crew in Entrada for additional work requested by residents. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 1/7/2019: Painting for the common area walls in Reserve will continue this week and are expected to be completed on Thursday. Our iron crew will begin painting iron view fences on Thursday. Please keep an eye out for a notice on your home requesting yard access. Please remove all decor, vegetation, etc. from the view fencing to allow clear painting access and please secure all pets inside. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 12/31: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back on Wednesday to paint common area walls in Reserve. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/24: We will be closed from Monday 12/24 through Tuesday 1/1/2019 in celebration of Christmas and New Years. Our crew will return on January 2nd.
For the week of 12/17: Our iron crew will finish painting view fences for homes in Corte Bella (lots 47-72). We will have a second crew on site painting front and garage doors that have been requested by some homeowners. If you’re interested in having additional items painted, please contact our office.
For the week of 12/10: Our wall crew will be completing the painting of the common area walls in Corte Bella on Tuesday then starting the common area walls in Reserve. Our iron crew will paint rod iron view fencing for Lots 1-19 in Corte Bella. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. is removed from the view fencing. For the week of 11/26: Our iron crew will continue painting rod iron view fencing in Entrada. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. is removed from the view fencing. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured inside. Our wall crew will be painting common area walls in the Corte Bella neighborhood. Feel free to call us with any questions.
For the week of 11/19: Our wall crew will continue painting common area facing walls Monday through Wednesday in Entrada. Our iron crew will be painting iron view fencing for the homes marked in pink on the map below. Please make sure that all vegetation, decor, lights, etc. is removed from the view fencing. Please allow access through your side gate and keep pets secured inside. Feel free to call us with any questions. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.
For the week of 11/12: Our iron crew will be painting at the pool on Monday and Tuesday. Our wall crews will be prepping and painting walls throughout the Entrada subdivision Tuesday through Thursday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
