Hello Residents
For the week of 4/9: Our crew will be painting wrought iron for homes facing the park before moving along to common area iron fencing. Gates will be painted on Wednesday which will wrap up all the work being done by us in the community. Please allow yard access through your side gate and keep pets inside. Make sure that all vegetation and chicken wire/etc. are removed from the iron as well. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/2: Our crew is expected to complete the painting on the common area walls on Wednesday. Iron painting will begin on Thursday (please keep an eye out for your notice). Please allow yard access through your side gate and keep pets inside. Make sure that all vegetation and chicken wire/etc. are removed from the iron as well.
