For the week of 6/25: Our crew will be painting the office and carports this week. Please keep an eye out for notices as to which day(s) to move your vehicle for washing/painting. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/18: Our crew will be power washing and prepping Building 24 on Monday, followed by painting. Building 25 is expected to be power washed and prepped for painting on Wednesday. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside your home. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 6/11: Our crew is power washing and prepping Building 22 on Monday, followed by painting. Building 23 is expected to be power washed and prepped for painting on Wednesday. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside your home. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 6/4: Our crew is painting Building 20 and expect to have it completed on Tuesday. Building 21 will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday followed by painting through the end of the week. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside your home. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 5/28: We are closed for Memorial Day. On Wednesday our crews will be power washing carports highlighted below in GREEN. Please remove your vehicle(s) by 7:00am to avoid it getting dirty due to the washing that will be occurring. On Friday (expected day, may change – notices will be posted) our crew will be painting those same carports (highlighted in GREEN below). Please remove your vehicles. We cannot be responsible for vehicles that remain under or near the carports being worked on. Building 19 will be completed on Thursday with doors. Building 20 is expected to be power washed and prepped for painting on Thursday. Feel free to contact our office with questions. Notices have been placed on the carports at Island Palms as well.
For the week of 5/21: Our crew will be working on Building 17 starting Monday and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 18 will also be started on Wednesday with power washing and prepping, please keep an eye out for our notice. For the week of 5/14: Our crew will be power washing and prepping Building 15 on Monday then painting, and expect to have it completed on Wednesday. Building 16 will also be started on Wednesday or Thursday, please keep an eye out for our notice. For the week of 5/7: Our crew will be power washing and prepping Building 13 on Monday then painting, and expect to have it completed on Wednesday or Thursday. Building 14 will also be started on Wednesday or Thursday, please keep an eye out for our notice. For the week of 4/30: Our crew will complete Building 10 on Monday. Building 11 will be power washed on Monday as well, followed by prepping and painting. Building 12 will be power washed and painted midweek. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside your home. For the week of 4/23: Our crew will be completing Building 8 on Tuesday. Buildings 9 & 10 will be power washed followed by prepping and painting this week. For the week of 4/16: Painting was delayed last week due to a couple days of high winds. Our crew will be completing Building 6 midweek (weather permitting) and power washing Building 7 on Wednesday. Painting for Building 7 will begin on Thursday. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside. For the week of 4/9: Our crew will be washing, prepping, and painting Building 6 through the middle of the week. All iron on the building will be painted on Thursday, and doors will be painted on Friday. For the week of 4/2: Our crew will be completing the painting of Building 2 on Tuesday or Wednesday and will then begin Building 3. For the week of 3/26: Our crew will be painting the perimeter walls next to buildings 1 and 2. Power washing, prepping, & painting will begin on Building 2 on Wednesday.
