Hello Residents
For the week of 11/26: Our iron crew will be on-site on Tuesday only to try and paint view fences that were previously skipped.
For the week of 10/15: Our crew will be wrapping up the painting in the community on Tuesday (weather permitting). Repairs that were done on Friday, as well as any touch-ups, trim, etc that still need to be painted will be completed. Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 10/8: Our crew will be completing the body color of walls in Section 3 on Monday and Tuesday. They expect to begin the walls in Section 4 on Wednesday. Days are weather permitting. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 10/1: Our crew isn’t onsite due to the rain. Please stay tuned for an update later in the week. Our crew was on-site on Thursday & Friday painting the trim color on walls leading the church on Riggs Rd.
For the week of 9/24: Our crew will be completing walls from last week and working on needed touch-ups. On Tuesday our crew will be painting the wall facing the Renaissance apartments. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/17: Our crew will be painting the trim color on walls in Section 2 and Section 3, along Alma School Rd & Riggs Road. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/10: Our crew complete the remaining small portion of walls in Section 2, then continue on to painting the main color on the walls in Section 3 that were prepped last week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 9/3: We’ll be closed on Monday for Labor Day. On Tuesday, our wall crew will be back in Section 2 painting the trim color on walls (facing Alma School Rd). Walls in Section 3 (facing Riggs Rd) will begin being prepped on Thursday. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For week of 8/27: Our crew will be completing walls in Section 1 on Monday morning and moving on to start painting walls in Section 2 (facing Alma School Rd on the right side of the map below). Our iron crew will be onsite on Monday & Tuesday. If you were notified for iron painting, please make sure to unlock your side gate and remove all vegetation, chicken wire/barrier, decor, etc. Please secure pets indoors. For the week of 8/20: Our iron crew is completing view fencing in Section 3 (highlighted in pink) on Monday. Our wall crew will continue with the common area walls in Section 1 on Tuesday and expect to be done by Friday or Monday. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 8/13: Our crew will be painting in two sections this week. Common area (exterior facing) walls will be painted this week in Section 1. Our iron crew is painting wrought iron view fencing in Section 3 (highlighted in pink on the map below, facing Riggs Rd). Notices will be placed on homes to indicate which day our crew will start on your street. Please make sure that all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc. are removed from the view fencing to allow clear access for painting. Please unlock gate and secure pets inside.
