Hello Residents
For the week of 3/4: Our crew will continue painting Units 61-63 on Monday and expect to have them completed on Tuesday. This will complete the scheduled painting in the community. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
For the week of 2/25: Painting for unit 57 will continue on Monday and expects to be completed on Tuesday (more delays due to rain). Units 58-65 will be power washed, prepped, and painted as well. Please remove all decor, etc. from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/18: No work on Monday due to rain. On Tuesday our crew will continue painting units 50-54‘s fascia. Once 50-54 are completed, they will start painting the main body of units 55-58. Wet weather has caused delays, but please continue to leave decor from the exterior of your home and keep all patio furniture in the center or indoors. Contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 2/11: Due to rain, our schedule was delayed last week. Our crew will be completing the painting of buildings 45-49 this week. Buildings 50-59 will be power washed on Monday and prepped. Painting will begin based on time remaining and weather. Please remove all decor, etc. from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 1/7: Our crew will be painting buildings 22-26. Please keep all decor/etc from the exterior of the building and all patio furniture in the center of our patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/31: Happy New Year! Our crew will be back on 1/2/2019 to prep and paint building 21. Buildings 22-26 will also be power washed by Friday. Please remove all decor, etc. from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 12/24: We will be closed from Monday 12/24 through Tuesday 1/1/2019 in celebration of Christmas and New Years. Our crew will return on January 2nd.
For the week of 12/17: Buildings 16-21 will be prepped and painted this week and are expected to be completed by Friday. For the week of 12/10: Buildings 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15 (if time allows) will be prepped and painted this week and are expected to be completed by Friday. For the week of 11/26: Buildings 1, 2, & 3 will be power washed on Monday followed by prepping and painting on Tuesday. These buildings are expected to be completed on Thursday. Buildings 4-9 will be power washed on Friday for prepping and painting to begin next week.
