For the week of 7/23: Our crew is on site finishing some odds and ends painting and will be completed this week. Please contact our office or FirstService immediately if you’re iron view fencing was unable to be painted.
For the week of 7/16: Our wall crew will be completing the exterior walls on Pinnacle Peak Rd from 44th St to Tatum Blvd. All painting in the community is expected to be completed this week. If you’re iron was unable to painted, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss scheduling. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/9: Our crew will be finishing the wall painting along Pinnacle Peak and 44th St to complete painting in the community. If you’re iron was unable to painted, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss scheduling. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/2: Our iron crew will be finishing up with some appointments on Monday and that will wrap up iron painting in the community. If you’re view fencing was skipped due to vegetation, chicken wire, etc., please contact us to discuss scheduling. Our wall crew will be painting walls in Parcel 7.13 along Cashman Dr and in Parcels 7.10 and 7.9 along 44th Street. We’ll be closed Wednesday for Independence Day. For the week of 6/25: One crew will be painting the walls along 40th Street from Deer Valley to Pinnacle Peak. Our iron crew will be painting view fences in Parcels 7.12, 7.13, & 7.14. Please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the iron so we have clear access to paint and please keep pets secured inside. Keep an eye out for a notice that will give the start date of when we’ll be in your area. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

Please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the iron so we have clear access to paint and please keep pets secured inside. Our wall crew will complete the prepping along the wash and then paint walls in Parcels 7.9, 7.10, 7.13, 7.14, & 7.12. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/11: Our iron crew will be painting iron in Parcel 7.6 this week (after first taking care of some odds and ends painting starting Monday). You will receive a notice with dates of when our crew will be on your street. Please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the iron so we have clear access to paint and please keep pets secured inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/4: Our crew will continue with the iron painting in Parcels 7.4/7.5. Please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the iron so we have clear access to paint and please keep pets secured inside.
For the week of 5/28: Our crew will continue painting the walls in Parcels 7.8/7.7/7.6 (painting in this section was delayed in previous weeks due to painting in other areas needing completion). Iron painting in Parcels 7.1/7.4/7.5 should begin Friday, keep an eye out for our notice on your home with dates. Please remove all vegetation, chicken wire, decor, etc from the iron so we have clear access to paint and please keep pets secured inside.

For the week of 5/14: Our crew will complete the painting on the exterior facing walls in parcel 7.8 and 44th St on Wednesday, and will begin prepping exterior, wash-facing walls in Parcels 7.1/7.4/&7.5. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/7: Our crews are finishing the painting on exterior facing walls in Parcel 7.6 and along Trail Blazer, from 44th St to the East wash. The exterior facing walls in Parcels 7.7 and 7.8 will be painted this week, starting with 7.7 beginning Tuesday. You’ll also find a small crew painting light poles throughout the community. **If you’re iron view fencing was skipped in parcels 26, 24, or 31, or if any touch-ups are needed, please contact our office to be put on the list for painting this Wednesday 5/9 (Attn: chicken wire, metal barriers, lights, or any other items must be removed from the iron in order for iron to be painted).** Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/30: Our crew will complete the wall painting in parcels 7.4 and 7.5 on Tuesday. The street facing walls in Parcels 7.6, 7.7, & 7.8 will be prepped and painted starting midweek and will continue into next week. We also have a small crew painting light poles throughout the community. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/23: Our iron crew is expected to finish iron view fencing in Parcel 31 on Tuesday. We have painters repainting light poles in the community as well. Street facing walls in Parcels 7.1, 7.4, & 7.5 will be prepped and painted starting midweek and possibly carrying over into next week. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/16: Lots happening in your community this week! Our iron crew will be finishing the iron painting in Parcel 30 on Monday and then starting Parcel 31 on Tuesday. Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire, etc from the iron and keep pets inside. Please allow access to your yard through the side gate. We have another small crew painting light poles in the community, as well as a crew painting common area walls, electrical boxes, and other miscellaneous items. For the week of 4/9: Our crew will be painting wrought iron view fencing in Sections 4.17 and 24 (marked in green on maps below). Please remove any vegetation, chicken wire, etc from the iron and keep pets inside. Please allow access to your yard through the side gate. Light poles along both sides of 56th St will also be painted. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.

For the week of 3/12: Our crew will complete the prepping for common walls along Ranger Dr and then painting both sides of Ranger Dr from Tatum Blvd toward 56th St. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 3/5: Our crew is prepping and then painting the common walls along the West side of the road on Tatum Blvd, North of Pathfinder Dr to Pinnacle Peak Rd. They’ll also be prepping and then painting the common walls on the East side of Tatum Blvd, North of Ranger Dr to Pinnacle Peak Rd (there was a rain delay last week). For the week of 2/26: Our crew will be painting common walls along Tatum Blvd. They’re working on getting both sides of Tatum painted from Pathfinder Drive up to Pinnacle Peak Rd. (Update of previous weeks progress: scheduled painting for 56th St, Deer Valley Rd to 40th St, & Tatum from Deer Valley to Pathfinder Drive has been completed [both sides of the street]).
