Hello Residents
For the week of 10/23: *Our crew will be completing all community painting this week.* The wall facing FLW will complete all the wall painting, and iron in the community wash will be completed by the end of the week as well. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 10/16: Our crew will be painting walls to Lots 5-8 on E Maricopa Mesa and Lots 11-14 along N Desert Close (in yellow on map). Areas marked in blue on the map below have already been completed. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 10/9: Our crew will continue with extensive stucco repair, followed by painting, for the areas in yellow (no repairs needed for the portion of walls near FLW & Cactus). They expect to have these sections completed by the end of the week. (Blue highlighted areas were completed last week). Feel free to call or email with any questions.
For the week of 10/2: Our crew is starting the stucco repair and painting of exterior facing walls this week around the community. They are beginning at the guard gate on 108th St & Cactus Rd working in a clock-wise direction (toward 106th St and up). Feel free to call or email with any questions.
