For the week of 10/29: Our crew will continue with the trim painting on common area walls throughout the community. All walls are expected to be completed on Thursday and this will complete painting in the community. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/22: Our crew will be painting trim on common area walls throughout the community. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/15: Our crew will be painting all the walls highlighted in pink below. The main body color of the walls will be completed on Monday and they’ll start painting the trim color on Tuesday (weather permitting). Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 10/8/2018: For the start of Phase 2, our crew will be painting exterior facing walls along W Camelback Rd. Please contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 7/30: Walls were completed last week. Our iron crew expects to have all iron in the community completed on Tuesday. Please make sure that pets are secured inside and remove all chicken wire, vegetation, and/or decor from the iron to allow clear access for painting. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. If your iron was skipped, please call our office to discuss scheduling.
For the week of 7/23: Our wall crew will be onsite completing wall painting by the end of the week. Our iron crew will be painting iron into next week. Please keep an eye out for a notice with dates of when our crew will start on your street. Please make sure that pets are secured inside and remove all chicken wire, vegetation, and/or decor from the iron to allow clear access for painting. For the week of 7/16: Our wall crew will complete painting the main body color of the common area facing walls on Monday. They will be painting wall columns in the community the rest of the week. Our iron crew will be back on-site starting Tuesday. Keep a look out for a paper notice stating which date they will start painting on your street. Please make sure that pets are secured inside and remove all chicken wire, vegetation, and/or decor from the iron to allow clear access for painting. For the week of 7/9: Our wall crew will begin painting the common area facing walls on Tuesday. Our iron crew will being painting iron on Friday and continuing into next week (notices on your home will indicate which date our crew will start on your street). Please make sure that pets are secured inside. Please remove all chicken wire, vegetation, and/or decor from the iron to allow clear access for painting.
