For the week of 7/30: Due to a windy weather delay, our crew will finish Building H Tuesday or Wednesday. Building I will be completed on Tuesday, and Building J will be power washed and prepped on Tuesday as well. Painting is expected to be completed on Friday. Please remove all decor items from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Carports will be power washed on Tuesday and painting will start on Wednesday (see map below). Please have your vehicle moved from 7:00am-3:00pm on corresponding days. Titan cannot be responsible for any unmoved vehicles. Feel free to contact our office on with questions.
For the week of 7/23: One crew will be completing Building F on Monday/Tuesday and power washing/prepping Building I on Tuesday. Our second crew will be completing Building G and power washing/prepping Building H on Tuesday. Both buildings are expected to be completed on Friday or the following Monday. Please remove all decor items from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 7/16: We have 2 crews on-site. Crew 1) Building D is still being painted and is expected to be completed on Wednesday. Building F will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday or Thursday, followed by painting. Crew 2) Building E is also being painted and is expected to be completed mid-week. Building G will be power washed and prepped on Wednesday, followed by painting. Please remove all decor items from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 7/9: We have 1 crew painting Building C (it was power washed and prepped last week) and expect to have it completed by the end of the week. Our 2nd crew is painting Building B and expect to be done on Thursday (all work is weather permitting). Once B is completed, they will power wash and prep Building D, followed by painting. Please keep all decor items off the exterior of the building and please place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 7/2: Our crew started power washing & prepping Building A (on the West side of the community) last Thursday & painting began Friday. Painting will continue on Monday and is expected to be completed on Thursday. We will be closed for the 4th of July. Please keep all decor items off the exterior of the building and please place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
For the week of 6/25: Our crew will be painting carports. Please make sure your vehicles are moved away from notified carports (notices will give date(s) of when vehicles need to be removed, 6am-2pm). Perimeter walls will also be painted this week. Feel free to contact our office with questions.
For the week of 6/18: Our crew will be painting Building M (power washing was done on Friday). Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 6/11: Our crew will be painting Building L this week (power washing was done on Friday). Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Building M is expected to be power washed on Friday. For the week of 6/4: Our crew will power wash and prep Building K on Monday, followed by painting on Tuesday through the end of the week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Residents with unpainted front doors &/or door edges in buildings A-J will be notified for painting this Saturday. Our crew will paint as many as possible, but may return on another weekend. For the week of 5/28: We are closed for Memorial Day. Our crew will power wash and prep Building J on Tuesday then proceed with painting throughout the week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/21: Our crew will be power washing and prepping Building I on Monday followed by painting through the week. Please remove all decor from the exterior of the building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or indoors. Doors for Building H will be painted on Monday. For the week of 5/14: Our crew will finish Building G on Tuesday and begin Building H on Wednesday. Please make sure that all decor has been removed from the exterior and all patio furniture is in the center of your patio or indoors. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 5/7: Building G is being prepped on Monday, followed by painting, and is expected to be completed on Thursday. The painting that was started last week in the pool area is expected to be completed on Monday. For Building G, please make sure that all decor has been removed from the exterior and all patio furniture is in the center of your patio or indoors. For the week of 4/30: Our crew will be continuing the painting on Building F and expect to be completed by the end of the week. Building G is expected to be power washed on Thursday or Friday followed by prepping and painting. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
For the week of 4/23: Our crew will be painting Building E this week and expect to have it completed on Wednesday or Thursday. Building F will be power washed on Thursday, followed by prepping and painting. We will also have a small crew power washing and painting the pool area starting Thursday. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. (Building K has not been painted)
For the week of 4/16: Our crew will continue the painting of Building D mid week. Building E (units 153/253-156/256) will be power washed and prepped on Thursday with painting beginning on Friday. *The wrong building (K) was highlighted on the map but Building E is being painted this week*
For the week of 4/9: Our crew will be completing the doors for Building C and prepping Building D (units 149/249-152/252) on Tuesday. The painting for Building D will begin on Wednesday. Please remove any decor from the exterior of your building and place all patio furniture in the center of your patio or inside. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
